- Price$30 per chair per night, with a $500 minimum per delivered booking. Delivery, setup and collection are quoted with it, so the number you get is the number you pay.
- Add-onsSony ULT Tower 10 party speaker (Bluetooth, 360° sound, wireless karaoke mic) — $95 per night, or $170 for the pair linked as a true stereo pair with synced lights, enough for a lawn full of guests. Flameless flickering candles in three heights — $45 per set of 20, or $120 for all 60. Plaid picnic rugs with a waterproof backing, about 6½ × 10 ft (79 × 118 in), for lounges and lawn seating — $15 each, or $120 for all ten, from late October. Warm-white string lights on request. A few useful details.
Where do you deliver?
Across the Triangle: Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Carrboro, Hillsborough, Cary, Apex, Morrisville, Wake Forest, Garner, Holly Springs and Fuquay-Varina. Delivery within about 20 miles of Chapel Hill is one rate, 20–40 miles another, and both are shown in your quote. Further afield in North Carolina? Ask and we'll price it.
What is included in the rental?
The chairs, delivery to your venue, setup where you'd like them, and collection afterwards. Your quote shows the seating, the delivery and NC sales tax as separate lines, so you can see exactly what you're paying for.
How many bean bags should I book?
One chair seats one guest comfortably. For a movie night, plan on a chair for everyone who'll stay for the whole film; for a lounge at a wedding or party, seating for about a third of your guests at any one time works well. Choose "Help me choose" on the form and we'll suggest a number.
Which colours are available?
White, light blue, navy, red and yellow. Mix them for a party feel or keep to one or two to match your palette. Tell us your preference when you request a quote and we'll confirm availability for your date.
Can the seating be used outdoors?
Yes. The covers are weather-resistant and the chairs are happy on grass, patios, decks and concrete. We ask that they stay clear of standing water and mud.
What happens if the weather changes?
If rain is forecast, we'll work with you on an indoor backup or a new date. Weather-related changes reschedule free of charge; the details are in our rental terms.
What extras can I add?
Two things we bring along often: a Sony ULT Tower 10 party speaker with a wireless mic for the playlist or speeches ($95 a night, or $170 for the pair — the two link wirelessly as a stereo pair with synced lights, which covers a whole lawn or ballroom), flameless flickering candles in three heights for aisles, tables and pathways ($45 per set of 20, $120 for all 60), and plaid picnic rugs with a waterproof backing, about 6½ × 10 ft (79 × 118 in), to anchor a lounge or give guests a dry spot on the grass ($15 each, $120 for all ten, from late October). Warm-white string lights are available on request. Tick the extras on the quote form and they'll be added to your quote.
How do I confirm my booking?
Reply to your quote to go ahead and we'll send an invoice with a secure payment link. Payment in full confirms your booking and holds the date. Cards and bank transfer are both accepted.
How are delivery and collection arranged?
Once you're booked we'll ask for the on-site contact, delivery window and any access notes, then confirm the delivery time a few days before your event. We set up before your guests arrive and collect at the time we've agreed.
